What exactly does ‘under $10 per child per month’ mean?
Your price is the number of enrolled children multiplied by a monthly per-child rate that is always below $10 and, for most schools, close to $5 — the rate falls as size grows. Bill monthly or annually. Everything is included; there are no feature tiers. We quote the exact rate for your size on a 20-minute call.
Is the pilot really free?
Yes. One classroom, sixty days, every feature, personal setup. No card is taken and nothing converts automatically. If parents don't open it, you owe nothing and we'll say goodbye kindly.
Do parents pay anything?
No. The parent app is free on iOS and Android. The yearly printed photo book is included in the school plan for one book per family; extra copies can be ordered by families.
Can we pay in pounds, euros, dirhams or rupees?
Yes. UK settings see under £8 per child per month, EU settings under €9, and we quote in AED and INR on request.
Is there a minimum?
A small monthly minimum applies for very small settings (childminders, single-room programs) so we can cover onboarding and the printed books. We'll tell you the number before you decide anything.
What's not included?
Billing, attendance, ratios and daily sheets — Oyku isn't a management system and sits beside yours. Custom integrations for large groups are scoped separately.
Can we cancel?
Monthly or annual billing; cancel any time before renewal, and you can export all of your content whenever you like. Your data is yours.
How does the yearly photo book work?
Oyku assembles each child's most loved moments with the teachers' real captions, the family approves the spread, and a printed hardback is delivered to their door at year end. One book per family is included in the School plan; delivery is currently available in the US, UK, EU, UAE and India.
