1. 110:15 — the morning moment. One photo per child before mid-morning snack, prioritising new starters and anyone who cried at drop-off.
  2. 2Nap time — the missing-child check. Who hasn't had a moment in three attendance days? Sort the list; capture them this afternoon.
  3. 33:00 — the approval nudge. Anything waiting in the approval queue gets a message to the office so it lands before pick-up.
  4. 4Pick-up — the specific sentence. ‘Ask her about the snail.’ One line per family that points at today's photo.
  5. 5Friday — the room postcard. One group moment, two sentences, sent to every family in the room.

Making it stick

Put the five on a card by the door. Review the ‘families who saw their child this week’ number every Friday. Praise the room that hits 95%.
